High Temperature Rust Preventive Oil is a specialty rust protection oil specifically designed for metal components operating in high-temperature environments.
It is formulated with high-performance synthetic base oils and high-temperature antioxidant additives, providing excellent heat resistance, rust prevention, and oxidation stability.
The product effectively protects metal surfaces under extreme temperature conditions, preventing rust, oxidation, and corrosion, and is suitable for metal processing and long-term storage in industries such as metallurgy, automotive, machinery, aerospace, and defense.

Application Methods

1. Apply by immersion or brushing according to process requirements; continuous immersion systems may also be used.

2. Allow to air dry, force dry, or oven dry as specified by the process.

3. Proceed with subsequent processing steps as required.

Precautions

1. Ensure good ventilation during use and keep away from open flames.

2. Avoid prolonged skin contact; wear solvent-resistant gloves when necessary.

3. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with clean water.

4. Store in a sealed container in a cool, well-ventilated place; avoid exposure to heat sources and direct sunlight.
