Product Description
Slideway Oil (Machine Tool Way Oil) is formulated with high-quality mineral base oils and selected additives. It is designed for the lubrication of machine tool guideways, such as grinding machines, lathes, planers, boring machines, and drilling machines, ensuring smooth operation and long service life of equipment.
Viscosity Grades
According to kinematic viscosity at 40 °C, the product is available in the following grades:
ISO VG 32, 46, 68, 100, 150, 220, 320
Low-viscosity grades (32, 46, 68, 100): Suitable for horizontal slideway lubrication
High-viscosity grades (150, 220, 320): Suitable for vertical slideway lubrication
Performance Characteristics
Excellent anti-wear performance, effectively reducing wear
Good oxidation stability, with rust and corrosion protection
Excellent stick-slip performance, preventing “creep” or jerky movement
